Ohmygoodness, this book.
“Rollercoaster read” doesn’t feel like it says quite enough–how about a Mission Impossible movie on steroids? From a high stakes kidnapping to a (majority female team!) special forces operation overseas, the action in this book is non-stop!
Piper and Zane are wonderful characters, both strong and capable, with absolutely amazing chemistry together. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and the fact that I hadn’t yet read the other book in the Mission Medusa series wasn’t at all a problem–but you’d better believe I’ll be looking for it soon!
Rating: 4 stars / B+
