I can so relate to this one. I was ridiculously grateful when J.K. Rowling told us how to pronounce “Hermione” in HP#4. I had NO idea how to say that out loud–and the audiobooks weren’t out yet! (Or I hadn’t discovered them yet…one or the other)
I’m awful at pronunciations. I like to look things up so I don’t embarrass myself, lol.
I know, me too! I love how m-w.com will pronounce words for you–it’s totally saved my butt so many times 🙂
