Victoria Scott, Author of the Upcoming VIOLET GRENADE, Shares the Top 5 New Releases of 2017 She Can’t Wait For!

Top 5 Upcoming 2017 Releases

While it’s so exciting that Violet Grenade is releasing next month(!!!), there are more outstanding books I’m anticipating that release this year, too. So I thought I’d share a few with you guys!

Zenith by Sasha Alsberg & Lindsay Cummings

A cool, fun, badass sci-fi adventure? Sign me up!

When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon

I NEED at least one cute contemporary to look forward to, and I’ve heard glowing things about this one!

A Court of Wings & Ruin by Sarah J. Maas

I, like a rather large portion of the book community, need this book like I need air.

The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo

If it’s by Leigh Bardugo, it’s sure to be fantastic — but a collection of stories in the Grisha world based off of fairytales? YES, PLEASE.

The November Girl by Lydia Kang

This book is right up my alley — it looks intense and incredible — and I need it in my hands now.

…And there are many more amazing books releasing this year (like If There’s No Tomorrow and The First to Know and The Glass Spare) but I’m going to hold myself to five 😉

What upcoming releases are you excited for?

Violet Grenade Info:

DOMINO: A girl with blue hair and a demon in her mind.

CAIN: A stone giant on the brink of exploding.

MADAM KARINA: A woman who demands obedience.

WILSON: The one who will destroy them all.

When Madam Karina discovers Domino in an alleyway, she offers her a position inside her home for entertainers in secluded West Texas. Left with few alternatives and an agenda of her own, Domino accepts. It isn’t long before she is fighting her way up the ranks to gain the madam’s approval. But after suffering weeks of bullying and unearthing the madam’s secrets, Domino decides to leave. It’ll be harder than she thinks, though, because the madam doesn’t like to lose inventory. But then, Madam Karina doesn’t know about the person living inside Domino’s mind.

Madam Karina doesn’t know about Wilson.
