Accidentally Kidnapping the Mountain Man
Another hot, short, and (somehow kind of) sweet age gap instalove story from Alyson Archer!
(To be fair, the MCs knew each other for a little bit of time before the story began, so it’s not *totally* insta…they do both claim to have fallen into instalust at first sight when they finally have a convo about it, though)
The “accidentally kidnapping” part of the story was a fun twist—I liked how Ms Archer accomplished making a kidnapping “accidental” (when I initially saw the title, I did wonder…). There’s a separate series of books from other authors who also have “accidental” kidnappings happen—I look forward to seeing how they make it happen too 🙂
It’s gonna be hard to beat a shirtless mountain man chopping wood in the dead of winter and who can start up a generator with no problem when he gets snowed in with the heroine, though… 😉

Her Mountain Rescuer
She’s caught in a freezing cold thunderstorm with a twisted ankle. Her dad’s sexy AF best friend rescues her and they shelter in an abandoned cabin…where there’s only one sleeping bag.
Oh, no! Whatever will they do?
I mean…we know what they’re going to do, right? If not, we probably shouldn’t be reading this book 😉
Her Mountain Rescuer delivers exactly what it promises: an age gap, virgin heroine, daddy kink instalove romance between Hailey, the daughter who was gifted a house for graduation by Logan in Accidentally Kidnapping the Mountain Man, and Beau, Logan’s best friend. Reading Logan and Kaylee’s story first, but doing so will help you to better understand just how hypocritical Logan is here for a hot minute…fortunately, he gets over himself pretty quickly, because um, hello? Your wife is actually *younger* than your daughter?
Once again, all’s well that ends well, and things end up very, very well for our MCs here 🙂

Her Mountain Boss
Her Mountain Boss is Ford and Sophia’s story. He’s her new step uncle and her boss–they hadn’t met before she showed up for her internship, and they immediately feel a pull toward the other. Not sure how the other feels, though (and slightly concerned about the 26-year age difference), they both try to resist.
Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work very well. Another spoiler: no one involved wanted it to work anyway 😉
It shouldn’t be possible for such a quick read to feel almost like a slow burn, but for a little while it does. And a story so filthy in absolutely the best way shouldn’t also feel tender and sweet at times, but here we are. Ms. Archer is definitely coming into her own with this series, and she’ll soon have you rooting for this unlikely pair to find their HEA right along with the characters themselves <3
