Synopsis:

Tate’s story! Yesssss!
Okay, so he was a bit of an annoying older brother and PITA best friend when he found out that Rafe and Mia were dating on the sly in Dirty Score. But he got over it…mostly. And the poor guy’s got reasons–his ex, Lisa, really did a number on him…seeing him in the first scene here, when he’s at Eden and Bennett’s (Hot Puck) engagement party, surrounded by happy couples and families all around? Broke my heart. Right then and there, I decided I needed this guy to get an HEA and get it soon. Fortunately, Olivia would appear soon to rescue him. Kind of.
She was there to do some kind of rescuing, anyway… 😉
Tate and Olivia were OMG so right together. I think I might have been more upset than Tate about the expiration date on their relationship. Honestly, I was about ready to sit the two of them down together and insist that they figure out some way to make sure they each got what they wanted from life and managed to keep their relationship going…and would have, except that I just can’t seem to get fictional characters to listen to me, which is a shame.
Fortunately, Ms. Jordan had it all figured out for them, so no intervention on my part was necessary.
Absolutely loving this series! How many more single guys are left on the team? 😉
Wild Zone is the fourth book in the series, but could be read as a standalone if needed. Actually, you’ll probably like Tate better from page one if you haven’t read the previous book–though he quickly becomes a more sympathetic character in this one, once we’re given a deeper glimpse into his POV.
