My lawyer said don’t do anything stupid.
Almost setting fire to my kitchen probably fell into that category. And now the firefighter next door is breaking down my door.
He’s hot and young and carefree. Everything as a single mom I don’t have time for.
He should be running in the opposite direction. Instead, he keeps showing up, offering his help.
But I’m in the middle of a custody fight. I can’t afford to let him become a distraction, and I can’t afford to make a mistake that could cost me my daughter.
I should be smart enough to stay away, but apparently, I’m my own worst enemy.
Review:
Such a sweet single mother, (slight) “reverse” age gap romance–with a firefighter! Can a book get more catnip-y than that? I think not–and you won’t see me complain about it at all 😉
Bravely Yours is Sarah and Jay’s–and Sarah’s daughter Nora’s–story. It’s a novella, but it still feels like a complete story–though if these three show up in other series books I won’t be upset, because I really wasn’t ready to say goodbye to these three.
Though this is part of a series (and will also, I believe, connect to a new spinoff series) it can absolutely be read as a standalone.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
