Wild is a short, steamy read that nicely sets up the background story behind Serving Trouble . We find out what Noah’s motivation is for going into the Marines, and share in Jess’s frustration over growing up under the eagle eye of small-town scrutiny and understand her determination to leave it all behind. It’s a “best friend’s little sister” story, and makes a surprising argument for hanging on to a mechanical bull 😉
It’s definitely worth a look before book one in the series comes out!
