– Connor –
It’s all on me now. The billion-dollar company I just inherited from my late father. The public eye waiting for me to slip up. The pressure of keeping it all together.
At least there’s one bright spot in my life—my new assistant, Emma. My dream woman come to life if I didn’t know better.
It’s too bad the paparazzi would have a field day if they discovered something going on between us. I can’t afford for anything to jeopardize my new role as CEO of Bishop Industries.
Even if she is temptation personified.
– Emma –
It was supposed to be a simple assignment. Become Connor Bishop’s new assistant and convince him to buy my father’s company, Montague Media. So how do I do that? By any means necessary, according to my dad—including seduction. Otherwise, I lose everything.
But no one told me how hard it would be to seduce a billionaire who insists on acting like a perfect gentleman, especially when real feelings start to emerge. At what point do I stop the charade and tell him who I really am? Before or after I fall in love with him?

Review:
The last Bishop Brother finally finds his HEA!
Workplace romances between a supervisor and a subordinate can be tricky–so many things can go wrong, and reading about it can be squicky–for me it’s always a fine line. I liked that Connor made such an effort right from the start to keep things professional–and since Emma had been tasked with purposefully seducing him (though she was pretty awkward about it, LOL) he gets extra props for holding out as long as he did.
Of course neither one of them holds out *too* long–otherwise there wouldn’t be much of a book ;)–and whoa, do things get steamy fast. They manage to keep it out of the office for a while…but not *quite* as long as they probably should have. Naturally Connor finds out her secret–not from Emma!–*just* as she was about to tell him, and things go downhill fast. Of course we do get to an HEA, but some explaining and forgiving need to happen first…
Besides the (ultimately) satisfying romance, this book stands out for its sense of family. Connor starts to grow closer to his brothers again, and Emma not only develops a better relationship with her mother but she also finally gets to know a person she’s wanted a relationship with her whole life. Though reaching the end of the series is sad, Ms Winters gives us a very sweet HEA here.
Seducing the Billionaire is the third book in Ms Winters’ Bishop Brothers series, and though it *could* be read as a standalone, reading the other books first helps readers to understand the family dynamics and why Connor is so conflicted about stepping into his father’s shoes better.
