Evie thought it couldn’t get any worse than being single at the holidays. But when her boss, Logan, who she’s had a massive crush on since forever, shows up at the company holiday party dressed like Santa, she realizes she was wrong. Because somehow he makes being jolly old Saint Nick look ridiculously sexy, reminding her of everything she wants but can’t have. Unfortunately she’s also not very good at hiding her feelings and is seriously concerned she’s going to do or say something horribly inappropriate. Will Evie make it through unscathed, or will everyone find out she’s hot for Santa?
Note: This book contains mature content and as such is only suitable for those 18 years or over.
Hot for Santa is a steamy, sexy holiday short story–an unrequited (or is it?) crush/coworker romance with a hint of forced proximity–and a Santa suit.
I mean–what else could you want, really? 😉
Evie and Logan’s story is short and sweet–a perfect nugget of a story to squeeze in in between everything else you have to do during the holidays. Even though it’s a quick read, it stays firmly out of instalove/lust territory since they have a friendly working relationship already–honestly, the only part of the story that felt unrealistic to me was the long holiday break they both had from work. What company do they work for, and are they hiring? 😉
