Bain is being released early!
NEW RELEASE!
Bain (Pittsburgh Titans #9)
Sawyer Bennett
Bain Hillridge is new to the Titans and he’s building relationships with his new team, both on and off the ice. If only he could keep his hands off his teammate’s little sister.
I loved playing for the Arizona Vengeance but I’m stoked to be part of the legacy the Pittsburgh Titans is building. A team that has risen from the ashes, I’m eager to help them achieve their goal of winning a championship. I’m also looking forward to becoming part of a new hockey family. A night out with my new mates introduces me to the little sister of our goalie, Drake McGinn, and I’m powerless to resist her.
Keira and I have an instant and insatiable attraction and it doesn’t take long before we find ourselves tangled up in one another. While Drake has declared his sister off limits, I’m not deterred because I always go for what I want. I refuse to heed Drake’s warnings and take great pleasure in goading him every chance I get. It’s become one of my favorite hobbies, outside of making his sister scream my name.
As things with Keira get hotter, feelings start to develop making it a little more complicated than we intended. But a bucket of ice-cold water is tossed on our relationship and we’re forced to reprioritize everything. Neither of us were looking for more than a hot fling but fates get twisted all the time. Faced with tough decisions, Keira and I know that no matter what choices we make, our lives are never going to be the same.
Bain contains subject matter that may be sensitive to some readers. If you would like additional details, please https://bit.ly/TW_Bain.

Review:
Bain, the 9th book in Sawyer Bennett’s Pittsburgh Titans series, is a teammate’s little sister/f*ckbuddies to friends-with-benefits story with 2 MCs who are 100% not interested in a “real” relationship.
Really! They’re. Not. Interested.
At. All.
But…of course the s*x is phenomenal, and Bain starts looking for excuses to spend more time with Keira even when their clothes stay on…which is what causes the transition for FBs to FWBs. But they still have to keep it all on the down low, because big brother Drake (book 5) has been very clear with all of his teammates. His sister is off limits. But it’s hard to keep their hands off each other at all of those team gatherings and get-togethers, and when your brother has a key to your house because it actually belongs to him? Things are probably going to get awkward, sooner rather than later…
There is a content warning for this book–there is a storyline element that might be hard to read for some readers, and the author’s website does let you know what it is, in case you like to know these things ahead of time. It’s also a bit of a spoiler for another part of the plot, so I’m not going to mention it here. It was handled very sensitively IMO, and I really liked where and how they came out on the other side of it–eventually.
A good chunk of Bain overlaps with the previous book, Camden , and though you don’t have to have read that book to enjoy this one, it’s always fun to see some events from previous books from other characters’ POVs. Since Keira is Drake’s sister and main babysitter for his boys, we’ll also get a front row seat to the events that are happening in Drake and Brienne’s life too. Trust me–if you’ve read Drake, you’re going to LOVE what happens here <3 (If you haven’t, I *strongly* recommend adding it to your TBR. I promise you won’t be sorry!)
I listened to Bain on audio, and the dual narrators did an absolutely fabulous job of voicing Bain and Keira. Altogether this book had me looking for excuses to keep listening, even when I was supposed to be doing other things!
